With the continued need to transfer the displaced to decent housing, work continued on housing projects and work gradually developed by benefiting from previous experiences and feedback on implemented projects to improve the design of housing units, raise their quality, utilize spaces and reduce costs.
According to the new design, more than 200 separate housing units were built in the northern countryside of Idlib and the northern countryside of Aleppo, so that the design would consist of two rooms, a kitchen, public facilities, and an open space of 42 square meters, covered with reinforced concrete, and equipped with infrastructure services such as sewage, electricity and cladding. The housing unit through external and internal plastering works, adding water taps, tanks, lamps, etc..
The program continues to build houses successively, as the project is supervised by a specialized engineering team.
The project takes into account (the legal aspect of land ownership and the administrative and executive aspect)
The beneficiary segment is also selected from the weak segments, which are in dire need of urgent housing to alleviate their suffering.
