The program mainly provides care for infants who are suffering from malnourishment or are prone to it, from their birth up to two years of age, and is primarily directed towards maternal health to encourage breastfeeding.

The program is supervised by a specialized team that examines infants using approved measures (weight - length - humerus measurement). Based on the results of the examination, the infants are admitted to the program according to their condition classification, and they are provided with food that suits them according to a nutritional recipe under the supervision of specialists.

The program provides supportive foods for mothers and infants, most notably (nutritional supplements - milk - dates - biscuits - vitamins...).

The program has a fixed center in Al-Shifa Hospital in the city center of Afrin, and it receives cases from other cities, it also goes on tours in the camps to conduct surveys and provide help.

The program has been running non-stop since 2016.
